Central and Eastern Europe has always had its own distinct historical, cultural and economic identity. For much of the second half of the 20th century, many countries in the region developed within the Eastern Bloc and under centrally planned economies. The transition to open markets transformed the region, but history continues to influence the way people communicate, negotiate, build trust and do business.

At the same time, Central and Eastern Europe is far from being one homogeneous market.
Romania is different from Hungary. Hungary is different from Poland, Slovakia, Bulgaria or the countries of the Western Balkans. Languages, business customs, communication styles, decision-making processes and attitudes towards relationships can differ significantly — sometimes even between neighbouring countries.
Understanding these differences requires more than market reports.

WE COME FROM THIS REGION
We grew up in Central and Eastern Europe and built our professional and business experience here.
We speak Hungarian, Romanian and English, and understand not only the languages, but also the cultural nuances behind them — how people communicate, how relationships are built and how business decisions are made.
This allows us to act as a bridge between international companies and the people, businesses and opportunities of the region.
